In order to create a new email address, you must first "log in to your control panel".
Now select your "Mail" tab and click "Create Email Address" button and begin to fill out the following fields..
General
Fill out the email address, and password here.
Uncheck "Create Panel Login" if you do not wish this user to have their own control
Forwarding
You can specify a list of recipients to forward incoming email to.
Email Alias : Email aliases are alternative email addresses that this email address will also receive for.
Auto Reply
You can set an auto reply or vacation reminder email when you are away from the office.
Spam Filter
Here you can set your spam filtering settings.
