You can configure your email spam filtering settings in your Plesk control panel by following these procedures.

Login to your Control Panel
Select the "Mail" tab

Click on an email address from the list below and select the "Spam Filter" tab

Select the Spam Filtering behaviour here

Alternatively, you can also adjust the filter sensitivity under "Show Advanced Settings"
