A unique EPP(Extensible Provisioning Protocol) code is used to transfer a specific domain name from one registrar to another. This is also known as a  “transfer code”, ”auth code”, or "authorization code".  The EPP code is used to keep your domain name secure from being transferred to another party without your authorization.

Transferring a domain to your Namesonic account, allows you to fully manage your domain name settings including attaching it to any Namesonic service. It’s a good idea to consolidate (transfer) all your domains into your Namesonic account for single location global domain management at a great value.

To do this read our article, how do I transfer my domain to Namesonic.
